How it works

3 Simple Steps to Refer and Earn

  • 1. Connect With Us

    Are you looking to discuss your client's property management needs? 


    • We want you to feel confident when recommending Younger Property Management services to your clients. Before sending your referral, send your preferred contact method using the Referral Agent Contact form, and one of our team members will be in touch. 

    Are you just looking to make a connection?


    • Submit your referral using the YPM Referral Agreement, and we'll reach out to your referred client right away. When they sign a management contract, you'll be notified that your bonus is on its way to you! 

  • 2. Execute Referral Agreement

    Submit the YPM E-Sign Referral Agreement to our Broker for execution, and receive a finalized, binding agreement. 


    Upon receipt of the executed referral agreement, a Younger Property Management Team Member will contact the client to discuss their property management needs, available options, and answer any questions. 


    We will also follow up with our referral agent partner to confirm receipt of their client referral.

  • 3. Get Paid a Referral Bonus

    Once your referral client signs a management contract with Younger Property Management, we will send your bonus!
